I disagree. When it came down to brass tax. Job or shot, they took their shot, I lost my job. When it came to wear a mask or don't enter, I didn't wear a mask and that was that, the rest wore their mask. They will not stand up, and have not from the onset. Talk is cheap, and sadly that is all most do. We are at the point of death, and still, men do nothing. Our politicians allowed the murder of millions, and still nothing happens. Due to the weakness of men, these tyrants gain all their power, and the sad part, they know it. We're not ready, and never will be. We are at a point worse than being ruled by England, and still men do nothing. The only time people will stand up is when its too late and they are sitting in a camp with a rifle to their head. But, sadly, there will be none left to stop it because they wanted to be left alone, and did nothing.
My experience is exactly like your experience. I lost my job of 23 years for not complying. I was kicked out of stores for not wearing a mask. The tyranny was/is as plain as day, and no one does a thing. You are CORRECT! We are morphing into “Gulag Archipelago”...”We didn’t love freedom enough.”

I think the worst part of this nightmare, is that I realize human beings are cowards...to their own detriment and their own lives. It’s frightening to witness.
I stay very close to God/Creator and Nature. I also focus on the present and the gift of each day.
