The biggest issue is, she is ineligible to be the VP or the president. Parents not natural born which disqualifies her. But since we have no country and no law, they can do what ever they want. She is not a natural born citizen per the requirements in Article II Section 1 Clause 5 and Amendment XII in the U.S. Constitution. Her mom is from India and Father Jamaica.
