Social media is pretty much dead. There’s no where online you can express a thought or an opinion without facing some type of persecution. Don't play along, your account becomes blocked, locked or banned.
How long will substack stay free? Don’t know, but since they’re based out of CA, it’s only a matter of time. I want proven wrong.
People believe Elon's a champion of free-speech. Now he's at the helm of Twitter free speech is back. It isn’t. Let me explain why.
Before he took over the social giant, my account become permanently suspended. The reason, they claimed I violated their policy with hate speech. Ok, I'll bite.
Several appeals later after he shook things up, they then stated I broke no rules and apologized. Great, Nice. Thanks for destroying my account, and admitting I did nothing wrong in the first place.
Now, here we go again. A few weeks after the restoration of my account, locked out. What did I do? Another false claim of hate speech.
Nowhere in my comment did I state anything hateful or violent against any group. I stated a fact. There's no such thing as trans children. It's called children with mental illness. And those who push the nonsense want the bloodlines of their children erased. Men cannot have babies. Mommies are girls and daddies are boys. It pretty cut and dry.
But when certain groups in power push a narrative, then free speech goes out the window. Anything contrary to the trans lie, it's labeled as hate speech.
The Point?
There’s no free speech online.
It’s only a matter of time before we’re all blocked from speaking out against the machine. What’s more bothersome, everyone goes along. If we want to use certain online services we're required to register our cell phones. Which is dangerous.
The reason behind cell phone registration isn't about online safety or security. It’s for surveillance at scale as it ties you to the one thing the government knows you have at all times, your mobile device. This allows them to put in place a credit score like China. Speak out online, you lose points. Buy the wrong products, you lose points. Not enough points, you become restricted on what you can do in society. No more anonymous chats or transactions. Everything becomes tied to your social credit profile.
If I do get the account back on twitter, I’ll probably delete it and no longer use the platform. If you can’t speak freely online, then there’s no point in using a service that restricts.
The worst part, people continue to use these tyrannical system in play. They refuse to leave Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. Why? Because we’re an entertainment culture and need it twenty-four hours a day.
That’s my rant for today. What’s yours?
Do you like what your seeing with twitter or also believe it’s all a show?
What other platforms do you like to use to get the word out?
Do you believe substack will stay free, or go the way of the rest of the others?
Totally agree. The bad guys ( who go by many names) can say whatever the hell they want about killing white peoples, hacked animals, etc. but the minute we call this out and challenge those ideologies, our accounts get dinged/cancelled, etc. It’s painfully obvious whose side the social media companies are on. I’m spite of all that, we have to keep pushing the truth envelope as far as we can and on as many platforms as possible, even if it means creating our own.
