Planned Parenthood admits to the horrific acts of violence they commit against those still in their mother’s womb. They explain how they remove babies for organ and tissue collection (The Center for Medical Progress, dir. 2020).
What most fail to realize, abortion practitioners must guarantee two key factors for the extraction process:
One, the fetus remains intact.
Two, they must extract the babies alive to use cells and organs in human experiments.
The practice known as partial-birth abortion gives them the means, even though federal law prohibits the practice, 18 U.S.C. 1531.
(a) Any physician who, in or affecting interstate or foreign commerce, knowingly performs a partial-birth abortion and thereby kills a human fetus shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.
Regardless of the law, they carry on.
Tram Nguyen [Planned Parenthood Abortion Center Director] admits the babies are “too intact upon extraction.” While under oath, she testified, “All limbs were completely attached to the torso vs. being held on by a piece of tissue or piece of bone.”
Her statement alludes to partial-birth abortion in play, but it gets worse. When asked if she saw the calvarium [head] attached, Tram replied, “I’ve seen the calvarium [head] attached to the torso...”
As stated in 18 U.S. Code § 1531, “Partial-birth abortions prohibited,”
(1) the term “partial-birth abortion” means an abortion in which the person performing the abortion — (A) deliberately and intentionally vaginally delivers a living fetus until, in the case of a head-first [calvarium, top of the skull] presentation….
Those who perform abortions commit murder by their own admission. So what do they do to justify their actions? They use a loophole in federal law where they can claim, “I intend to use dismemberment techniques.” By making the claim, they’re not liable for crimes against humanity, and Dr. Deborah Nucatola [Planned Parenthood Senior Director of Medical Services] makes it clear, “even though federal laws exist against partial birth abortion, laws are open to interpretation.”
In other words, if you didn’t intend to do something you did, it doesn’t matter as you stated, you didn’t intend to do it.
Circular reasoning 101.
With the strategy used by Planned Parenthood, anyone can murder a person in cold blood as long as they claim, before they begin, they didn’t intend to kill anyone. And when murder occurs, it doesn’t matter as they didn’t intend to commit the crime.
Another point ignored by the organization, you cannot change procedures to extract tissue from the fetus.

Yet Dr. Mary Gatter, medical director of Planned Parenthood Los Angeles, explains how "changing the technique to get better tissue was allowed."
Planned Parenthood interprets laws to justify the extraction of intact tissues and organs. Which again violates federal law. But, since no one holds them accountable, genocide against the unborn will continue.
