They Protect Peoples Rights
Montana Republican political figures aren't woke. They pass laws to protect the people’s rights, not revoke them like the Democrat majority.
No more pharmaceutical tyranny—no forced injections, no immunity passport, no business shutdowns and no church closures. It's a win-win for Montana. In addition, parental rights protected. No invasion of medical privacy or forced vaccination [1]. It's the parents’ decision, not governments. It's your body, your choice.
Constitutional rights for the people of Montana, lock tight. A win for the right to self-defense and the first and second amendment. The federal government has no over-reach in the state. HB258 stops them dead in their tracks. And woke liberals can't turn to local tyrants for support. LEO, state employees or political figures cannot reinforce federal mandates. They cannot ban firearms, magazines or ammunition [2].
Section 4. Prohibition of enforcement. (1) A peace officer, state employee, or employee of a political subdivision is prohibited from enforcing, assisting in the enforcement of, or otherwise cooperating in the enforcement of a federal ban on firearms, magazines, or ammunition and is also prohibited from participating in any federal enforcement action implementing a federal ban on firearms, magazines, or ammunition.
To help citizens in the time of need, income tax reduced. To lift small businesses, tax burden minimized. With election corruption in full force, they fixed this as well. In Montana to vote, ID's required. No more illegal votes, the blue wave no more.
The massacre of the unborn had to stop. The officials choose to protect life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness with laws against late term abortion.
With all these magnificent measures, the Democrats want it reversed. A free people cannot live in America under the leftist communist rule.
Thank God for Montana.
