With millions out of work, the US already reached its 2025 H-1B visa cap. Ready to embrace American shores, 85k illegitimate workers. Sounds like an invasion, as the USCIS won’t hold these offshore workers accountable to U.S. laws. With unemployment at an all-time high, the USCIS allows more submissions, even when no more visas remain.
Biden furthered the destruction. He relaxed the constraint on the J-1 visa.
Like a natural-born citizen, the federal regime pushes treason. They allow these enemies of U.S. jobs movement between companies. If temporary servants can’t find work, no issues. The executive branch comes to their aid. They’ll help find work with other employers or extend the time they're allowed in the country. Better yet, if they don’t like the terms of their visa, modification authorized. All this as Americans seek welfare line.
“We will continue to accept and process petitions filed to extend the amount of time a current H-1B worker may remain in the United States; change the terms of employment for current H-1B workers; allow current H-1B workers to change employers; and allow current H-1B workers to work concurrently in additional H-1B positions,” the USCIS emphasised.
The Enemies of The People
Infosys, TCS and Cognizant — three of the worst Indian sweatshops to set foot on U.S. soil. The sad reality, even they know they dominate the H-1B program. The reason, it’s not skill set. The program allows cheap labor for corporate America. In return, modern-day slavery reestablished.
A trend Cognizant and others follow, they hire the lowest caliber Indian individual. It increases profit margins, and yes, I’ve seen it firsthand.
“The entire business model is built on the back of cheap Indian labor,” she told Bloomberg. “The [Indian] people who are on visas are the people Cognizant wants.”
— Sonya McLaughlin, a U.S. hiring manager
Now, let's shed light on the situation. Cognizant’s footprint across U.S. corporations is massive. For most contracts you find, a recruiter of theirs fills it. That’s right, more H-1B low-skilled slaves.
In October, a jury in a federal class-action lawsuit returned a verdict that found Cognizant intentionally discriminated against more than 2,000 non-Indian employees between 2013 and 2022. The verdict, which echoed a previously undisclosed finding from a 2020 US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission investigation, centered on discrimination claims based on race and national origin. Cognizant, based in Teaneck, New Jersey, was found to have preferred workers from India, most of whom joined the firm’s US workforce of about 32,000 using … visas called H-1Bs.
It’s time America boycotts any company that replaces American workers. Let it start with Amazon, the largest sponsor of H-1B. Then, follow up with Facebook and Apple. These monopolies are notorious for filling jobs with these indentured servants. They rent as needed.
The H-1B program stripped over 2 million jobs from American graduates. The con played; foreign workers are the best the world offers.
They will be just fine. Innovation and productivity have been the big casualties of this “Indian Era of Displacement” because we have not brought in the best and the brightest. We brought in very ordinary workers, and so innovation and productivity have taken hits, and so has American competitiveness … We have large numbers of Indians who are now in management positions, hiring and promoting their own. That’s a huge hit to professionalism because it’s not a meritocracy.
— Kevin Lynn, founder of U.S. Tech Workers
Each year, these companies flood the nation with 250K+ low-wage workers. The angle played, Indians hold most management positions. And if you know anything about their culture, they only hire their own. Hence, they exploit the H-1B, L-1, H4EAD, or L-1 work visas as they're tied to the Sweatshops who’ll fill the job reqs.
Americans never had a chance, as Vanguard and BlackRock own a large part of the stock in these firms. They control the policies; they control the jobs. And with 50% of the stock in Cognizant under their control, good luck hiring Americans. It’s the redistribution of wealth at scale.
You’ll own nothing and love it. Now you see how the WEF plays into this.
It’s all by design, folks.
Ready to boycott these companies?
